Rotolo di pluriball Bublaki B4025, 4 file, 40 x 25 cm, 300 m, nero

Air cushion film roll Bublaki B4025, 4 rows, 40 x 25 cm, 300 m, black is a protective packaging film with four parallel rows of air-filled bubbles. Each bubble measures approximately 40 x 25 cm, and the roll provides a continuous length of 300 m in black color. The material is intended for cushioning and protecting fragile goods during storage and transport and can be cut or wrapped to fit items of various sizes.

Advantages

The air cushion film offers impact absorption and surface protection through its large bubble design and four-row layout, allowing efficient filling of voids and secure wrapping of irregular shapes. The long 300 m roll supports continuous packing operations and reduces the need for frequent roll changes. Its black color helps mask contents from view and can reduce light exposure to packaged items.

Suitable for

• Wrapping fragile items such as glass, ceramics, and electronics
• Filling voids and preventing movement inside cartons and crates
• Protecting surfaces from scratches during storage, handling, and transport
• Packing long production runs or continuous shipping operations

Key specifications

• Bubble arrangement: 4 rows
• Individual bubble size: 40 x 25 cm
• Roll length: 300 m
• Color: black
• Form: continuous film roll suitable for cutting and wrapping

How to use

Unroll the film to the required length and cut with scissors or a suitable cutter. Place the film so that bubbles face the item for maximum cushioning or with bubbles outward where surface contact is a concern. Wrap the item snugly and secure with tape if needed. Use additional layers for heavier or more fragile products. For filling voids, compress or fold sections of the film to achieve the desired density and fit within the box or crate.

Recommendations

Store the roll in a dry, cool place away from sharp objects and direct sunlight. Avoid excessive stretching or puncturing of bubbles during handling. For heavy or high-value items consider combining the film with cardboard inserts or foam for added protection. Dispose of or recycle according to local regulations for plastic packaging.
