Router mobile Teltonika RUT901 — 4x Fast Ethernet LAN, 3G/4G LTE, Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n), 4 antenne esterne, case in alluminio

Teltonika RUT901 is a compact cellular network router that delivers mobile 3G/4G LTE connectivity in a durable black aluminium housing. The device provides four Fast Ethernet LAN ports (RJ-45) and integrated Wi‑Fi 4 (802.11n) with backward compatibility for 802.11g/b. Four external antennas improve cellular and wireless signal reception. Security and remote management capabilities include multiple VPN ciphers, WPA2/WPA3 authentication options and SNMPv2/v3 support, making the router suitable for small office environments, remote sites and industrial deployments where stable mobile broadband and basic local networking are required.

Advantages

The Teltonika RUT901 combines mobile broadband and local wired/wireless networking in a compact form factor with a metal enclosure that aids heat dissipation. Four external antennas increase signal reliability for both cellular and Wi‑Fi links. Fast Ethernet ports provide simple wired connectivity for multiple devices without the need for additional switches. Built‑in security and management features allow encrypted VPN connections and centralized monitoring via SNMP, supporting professional deployment and remote maintenance.

Suitable for

• Small office internet access over 3G/4G LTE
• Remote or temporary sites requiring mobile broadband
• Industrial or kiosk installations with limited space
• Failover or primary WAN for point-of-sale and remote monitoring

Key specifications

• Cellular connectivity: 3G/4G LTE (mobile broadband)
• Ethernet: 4 x Fast Ethernet (RJ-45) LAN ports
• Wi‑Fi: Wi‑Fi 4 (802.11n) with compatibility for 802.11g and 802.11b
• Antennas: 4 external antennas (SMA/RP‑SMA compatible)
• Housing: aluminium, black colour
• Weight: 0.297 kg
• Security & management: VPN ciphers, WPA2/WPA3 authentication, SNMPv2/v3

How to use

Install the four external antennas and mount the router in a location with good cellular signal. Connect LAN devices to the Fast Ethernet ports using RJ‑45 cables and power the unit according to the manufacturer's instructions. Configure mobile APN settings, Wi‑Fi SSID/password, firewall and VPN parameters via the web administration interface or remote management system. Verify signal strength and link status after initial setup and adjust antenna orientation if needed for optimal performance.

Recommendations

Place the router in an elevated position away from large metal objects and sources of interference to improve cellular reception. Use a stable power source and consider a UPS for critical installations. Keep firmware updated and use WPA3 or strong WPA2 credentials plus VPN for secure remote access.
