The model comes in a black and copper colour combination and is built for everyday styling tasks where precise temperature control and even heat distribution are required.

Advantages

The ceramic heating system ensures even heat distribution across the 33 mm plates, which helps reduce hot spots and contributes to smoother results. Five heat levels allow gradual adjustment from lower temperatures for fine or damaged hair to higher settings for thick or coarse hair. LED indicators and button controls provide straightforward feedback on operation and temperature selection. A long 2.7 m power cord increases maneuverability during styling. The built-in automatic shut-off after 45 minutes enhances safety during domestic use.

How to use

Connect the straightening iron to a compatible AC 220–240 V socket and switch it on using the button controls. Select the appropriate heat level for your hair type by using the five available settings; begin with a lower setting for fine or damaged hair and increase if necessary for thicker hair. Allow the plates to reach operating temperature as indicated by the LED indicators before styling. Work on dry, detangled hair in small sections, passing the iron once or twice along each section at a steady pace to achieve the desired result. After use, switch the device off and unplug it, then allow it to cool on a heat-resistant surface before storing.

Recommendations

For best results and reduced heat exposure, apply a heat protectant product to hair before using the Rowenta Ultimate Experience Premium SF8230. Use lower heat settings for fine or chemically treated hair and higher settings only when needed for dense or coarse hair. Keep the iron moving steadily along hair sections and avoid repeated passes over the same area to minimize damage.
