The ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE large vacuum bag offers 8.5 litres of storage in a reusable, transparent pouch designed for daily food preservation. Compatible with ZWILLING vacuum systems, the bag is microwave-safe, freezer-proof and heat-resistant up to 100°C, making it suitable for sous‑vide cooking as well as conventional freezing and reheating. Its transparent material provides easy visibility of contents, and the bag dimensions (300 × 490 × 10 mm) suit portioning, meal prep and bulk storage while helping reduce food waste.

Advantages

The bag is microwave-safe, freezer-proof and can withstand temperatures up to 100°C for sous‑vide use. Each bag includes a QR code and individual ID for tracking contents via the ZWILLING Culinary World App.

Recommendations

Store cooked and raw foods separately. Freeze liquids laid flat for faster freezing and better vacuum sealing. Use the app’s ID and reminder functions to avoid long-term storage beyond recommended shelf lives.
