Safetex Cinghia di ancoraggio "Blackline" con cricchetto a pressione e gancio moschettone piatto WLL 1.000 kg (35A-B-2-DR-KHF-06.00)

For demanding cargo securing where speed and reliability matter, the SAFETEX Blackline lashing strap with push ratchet and flat carabiner hooks delivers a working load limit of 1000 kg in a compact, easy-to-handle 25 mm polyester strap. Unlike conventional tie-downs that rely on bulky ratchets or fixed hooks, this set pairs a low-profile push ratchet with flat carabiner hooks that attach quickly to lashing points and remain securely closed under load. The black strap is built from high-tenacity polyester with low elongation, so tension stays consistent throughout transport, while the galvanized steel hardware resists corrosion in harsh environments. Whether securing palletized goods, machinery, or irregular loads, this 2-part system offers a practical balance of strength, durability, and user comfort.

Highlights

• Working load limit (WLL): 1000 kg in straight pull; lashing capacity 2000 daN
• Push ratchet (Druckratsche) for quick tensioning and release
• Flat carabiner hooks with secure closure for fast attachment
• High-tenacity polyester webbing, 25 mm wide, 4 m long
• Galvanized steel hardware for corrosion resistance
• Complies with EN 12195-2 for load restraint
• Elongation max. 7% to maintain tension
• Temperature range -40°C to +100°C

In daily use

The push ratchet design allows one-handed operation: press the handle to tension, and release with a simple lever action—no awkward pulling or locking. The flat carabiner hooks slide easily into anchor points and snap shut, preventing accidental unhooking during transit. The 4-meter length provides enough reach for most pallet and machinery securing tasks, while the 25 mm width keeps the strap manageable without sacrificing strength. After use, the strap rolls compactly for storage, and the black color hides dirt and wear, keeping the set looking professional over time.
