Safetex cinghia di ancoraggio Blackline con cricchetto a pressione e moschettone Triangel WLL 2.500 kg

The SAFETEX Blackline lashing strap stands apart through its push ratchet mechanism, which allows for faster tensioning and release compared to conventional ratchet systems. Engineered for heavy-duty cargo securing, this 2-part lashing system combines a 50 mm polyester webbing with robust steel triangle carabiner hooks, delivering a working load limit of 2500 kg in direct lashing and 5000 kg in looped configuration. Its black webbing is not only visually distinct but also resistant to dirt and abrasion, making it suitable for demanding transport environments.

Highlights

• Push ratchet (Druckratsche) for quick and precise tensioning
• Triangle carabiner hooks made of steel for secure attachment
• High working load limit: 2500 kg direct, 5000 kg looped
• 50 mm polyester webbing with excellent abrasion resistance
• Complies with EN 12195-2 for cargo securing safety
• Temperature resistance from -40°C to +100°C
• 2:1 safety factor (minimum breaking strength 5000 kg)

In daily use

Whether securing machinery on a flatbed trailer, bundling heavy pallets, or anchoring loads in a container, this lashing strap provides reliable restraint. The push ratchet allows one-handed operation, reducing setup time, while the triangle carabiner hooks offer a wide opening for easy connection to lashing points. The black polyester webbing maintains its strength even when wet or exposed to UV, and the steel hardware is protected against corrosion for long service life.
