How to use

Position the monitor on a stable desk surface or attach it to a VESA-compatible arm or bracket according to the VESA mounting pattern. Adjust the height to align the top third of the screen with your eye level for ergonomic viewing. Connect the monitor to a computer using the appropriate video cable supported by your system. Plug compatible USB devices into the built-in USB 2.0 hub to expand peripheral connectivity. Calibrate brightness and color settings from the on-screen display (OSD) menu to match ambient lighting and work requirements.

Recommendations

For prolonged comfortable use, set the monitor height and tilt to minimize neck strain and place it about an arm's length from your eyes. Use the OSD brightness setting near 120–140 cd/m² in typical office lighting to reduce eye fatigue, and enable energy-saving settings when the display is idle to lower power consumption to the stated 12 kWh per 1000 hours (SDR) estimate.
