SATEL XD-2L DG Rilevatore di movimento a doppia tecnologia con PIR e microonde, Grigio scuro

Security installers protecting warehouses, offices, and retail spaces rely on the SATEL XD-2L DG to catch intruders before they cause damage. This dark grey detector combines passive infrared and microwave sensing in one compact unit, so it only triggers an alarm when both technologies confirm motion. That dual verification cuts down on false alarms from pets, drafts, or moving objects, while still catching real break-ins quickly.

Why choose it

The XD-2L DG is built for demanding installations where false alarms are not an option. Its dual-element PIR sensor and microwave module work together to verify each event, while advanced digital signal processing filters out interference. The wide 15-metre coverage and 90° field of view let one detector protect a large area, reducing the number of devices needed. With support for EOL resistor configurations and a rugged housing that handles extreme temperatures, it fits seamlessly into professional alarm systems.

Ideal use cases

• Commercial buildings: offices, shops, and showrooms
• Industrial facilities: warehouses, loading docks, and production halls
• Residential properties: large rooms, garages, and basements
• High-security areas where false alarms must be minimised

Good to know

Mount the detector at the recommended height of 2.4 metres for optimal coverage. The dark grey finish blends with modern interiors, and the tamper-protected enclosure alerts you if someone tries to open or remove it. For wiring flexibility, the built-in EOL resistors support both normally closed and normally open alarm loops. Always test the detection pattern after installation to ensure the microwave and PIR zones overlap correctly for reliable performance.
