How to use

Connect the antenna or cable to the Megasat HD 7 Combo and turn the device on. Use the clear menu and the touch display to select the signal type to measure (satellite, cable, terrestrial or DAB). For dish alignment, view the large signal level and quality indicators or open the magnified display. Use the integrated compass and angle calculation by entering your location data to obtain elevation and azimuth values, then adjust the dish accordingly. Use spectrum and constellation views to identify interference or misalignment and confirm reception by playing back free-to-air channels via the integrated receiver. Save measurement results or export program lists and firmware updates using a USB stick.

Recommendations

For fastest and most accurate dish alignment, enable automatic satellite detection (NIT), use the magnified signal display while adjusting the dish, and verify reception with live TV playback. Charge the battery before extended field use and protect the unit with the provided cover to avoid moisture and dirt.
