Key specifications

• Frequency range: 950–2150 MHz
• Housing material: plastic
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 90 mm × 25 mm × 160 mm
• Handheld form factor for field use

How to use

Connect the satellite finder between the dish LNB and the receiver or use it inline with the coaxial cable feed to the LNB. Power the unit according to the product instructions (battery or receiver-supplied power as applicable), then slowly move the dish while observing the signal indication on the device. Make fine azimuth and elevation adjustments until the strongest signal reading is reached, then secure the dish alignment and verify proper reception at the receiver.

Recommendations

Ensure good cable connections and, where applicable, enable power to the LNB from the receiver. Perform alignment on a clear line of sight to the satellite and avoid using the finder in wet or hazardous weather conditions. After alignment, confirm final settings using the receiver's signal meters for accurate tuning.
