Scanner per presentazioni portatile HP 1500i Presen (modello 9BU50AA) interfaccia USB, supporto per codici a barre 1D/2D

The HP 1500i Presen handheld presentation scanner is designed for retail and point-of-sale environments where rapid, reliable barcode capture is required. With support for both 1D and 2D barcodes and a USB interface, this scanner reads linear and matrix codes for checkout, inventory control and asset tracking. The form factor allows handheld scanning as well as presentation-mode use on a stand, providing flexible deployment at counters and workstations.

Advantages

The scanner delivers accurate decoding of a wide range of barcode symbologies including damaged or poorly printed codes, helping to reduce failed scans and manual entry. Its USB connectivity provides plug-and-play installation with many POS systems and PCs, simplifying setup and integration. The presentation-capable design enables hands-free scanning when placed in a stand while still allowing quick handheld use for larger or awkward items.

How to use

Connect the scanner to a compatible USB port on a POS terminal or computer; the device is intended for straightforward setup with common operating systems and POS software. When used in a stand, position the scanner so the barcode passes through the active scanning zone to capture data without manual handling.

Recommendations

Place the scanner on a stable stand near the checkout area for high-volume, hands-free operation and switch to handheld mode for bulky or irregularly shaped items. Keep the scanning window clean and unobstructed, and ensure sufficient lighting for the best decoding performance. Verify USB connection and POS software settings during installation to enable correct data routing and keyboard emulation or serial input modes as required.
