Scatola di connessione FTTH helos 373381, montaggio a parete, 2 porte, bianco

The helos 373381 FTTH connection box is a surface-mount enclosure designed for terminating and protecting fiber optic connections in fiber-to-the-home installations. Finished in white, the compact housing provides two accessible ports for connector management, internal space for splice protection, and provision for cable entry and strain relief. The unit is intended for tidy surface installation in residential and small business environments where a simple, durable termination point for optical fiber is required.

Advantages

The two-port layout enables connection of two fibers or duplex connectors while keeping connectors accessible for maintenance and testing. The internal area accommodates splice protection sleeves and short loop storage, helping to preserve fiber bend radius and protect splices from mechanical damage. The surface-mount design allows installation on walls or panels without the need for recessed mounting, and the white finish provides a discreet appearance in typical indoor settings.

Suitable for

• Residential FTTH terminations
• Small office or small business fiber endpoints
• Indoor fiber patching and splice protection
• Temporary or permanent surface-mounted fiber outlets

Key specifications

• Surface-mount compact enclosure with two accessible fiber ports
• Internal splice area for heat-shrink splice protection sleeves and short loop storage
• Cable entry provisions and strain relief points for drop and pigtail cables
• White thermoplastic housing suitable for indoor installation
• Designed for single-mode fiber terminations and connector management

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a clean, flat surface using appropriate screws and anchors for the substrate. Route the incoming fiber drop or pigtail through the provided cable entry, secure with the built-in strain relief, and perform fiber splicing or connector termination according to standard fiber-handling procedures. Place splice protection sleeves in the internal splice area and arrange excess fiber into the loop storage to maintain minimum bend radius. Close the housing to protect the terminated connections from dust and mechanical disturbance.

Recommendations

Handle fibers with appropriate tools and personal protective equipment. Ensure splices and connectors are tested with an optical power meter or OTDR after installation. Avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress on the fibers; maintain the recommended minimum bend radius inside the enclosure. Use compatible single-mode connectors and splice protectors for reliable performance.
