How to use

Arrange papers by category or date before inserting them into the box file to maintain order and make retrieval faster. Use the colored covers to assign a specific subject or client to each file, and store files upright on shelves or inside cabinets to preserve shape and readability of labels.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage, keep the box file away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent color fading and material warping. Wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth for cleaning; avoid abrasive chemicals. When transporting multiple files, stack them carefully and secure in a box or carry case to protect edges and corners.
