Scatola portadocumenti ESSELTE 628287 rettangolare cartone grigio 355×510×305 mm

Rectangular cardboard storage box ESSELTE 628287 in grey, size 355 × 510 × 305 mm, provides a practical solution for organising documents, files and lightweight household items. The box is constructed from rigid corrugated cardboard and includes a full-cover removable lid to protect contents from dust. Its rectangular, stackable shape and integrated carry handles make it convenient to move and store on shelves, in wardrobes or archive spaces. The surface is wipe-clean and finished in a neutral grey designed to blend with most interiors.

Advantages

The construction uses strong corrugated cardboard that is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable and carries FSC-certified material content. The sides fold during assembly to create reinforced double-thickness walls for improved strength. A full-cover removable lid conceals contents and helps keep stored items dust-free. Integrated carry handles enable easy transport between rooms, and the stackable rectangular form supports efficient use of shelf and archive space. The wipe-clean surface and neutral colour support practical everyday use.

How to use

Assemble the box from the supplied flat pack by folding the sides into place until the walls lock and provide reinforced strength. Fit the removable lid over the top to protect contents. Place documents, files or household items inside and use the integrated handles to move the box as required. When storing on shelves or in wardrobes, align boxes by their rectangular shape to maximise space and stack lids evenly to support stable stacking.

Recommendations

For long-term archive storage, place heavier items at the bottom and avoid overloading the box beyond its lightweight capacity; periodic checks of stacked boxes will help maintain stability. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth for cleaning and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the cardboard structure.
