Scheda di rete MicroConnect I350-T4 PCIe x4 1GbE – 4 porte Gigabit Ethernet PCIe x4

MicroConnect I350-T4 PCIe x4 1GbE is a four‑port Gigabit Ethernet network card intended for installation in a PCIe x4 slot. The card provides four RJ45 1GbE ports to add wired LAN interfaces to desktops, servers or workstations. It is designed for tasks that require multiple stable Ethernet connections such as networked storage access, virtualization hosts, small office routing, or link aggregation setups. The product focuses on delivering reliable wired connectivity with a compact PCIe x4 form factor and standard RJ45 interfaces.

Advantages

The MicroConnect I350-T4 offers four independent 1GbE ports in a single PCIe x4 expansion card, enabling multiple network connections without occupying several slots. The use of standard RJ45 connectors ensures compatibility with existing structured cabling and switches. Its PCIe x4 interface allows installation in modern motherboards and server platforms that support PCIe expansion, providing consistent wired throughput for mixed workload environments.

Suitable for

• Adding multiple LAN interfaces to a desktop or workstation
• Providing additional network ports for servers and virtualization hosts
• Small office routing, firewall or gateway devices
• Link aggregation (LACP) and network redundancy setups
• Networked storage access (NAS clients or iSCSI initiators)

Key specifications

• Interface: PCI Express x4 (compatible with PCIe x4 slots)
• Ports: 4 × 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet ports
• Data rate: 1 Gbps per port (full duplex)
• Connector type: Standard RJ45 with integrated magnetics
• Form factor: Low-profile bracket compatible with desktop and server chassis

How to use

Install the MicroConnect I350-T4 into an available PCIe x4 slot on a powered‑off system, secure the card to the chassis with the bracket screw, and connect Ethernet cables to the RJ45 ports. After powering on, install or verify appropriate drivers provided by the operating system or vendor to ensure full functionality of all network interfaces. Configure IP addressing, bonding or VLANs in the operating system or network management software according to your network design.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use quality shielded or unshielded twisted pair Ethernet cabling rated for Gigabit speeds and connect to gigabit-capable switches or routers. When deploying in servers or virtualization hosts, verify driver compatibility with your OS and consider using link aggregation for increased throughput or redundancy. Ensure the card is mounted with proper airflow in the chassis to maintain stable temperatures under continuous load.
