SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC SCATOLA DA INCASSO E90

With a fire resistance rating of E90 per DIN 4102-12, the Schneider Electric IMT80270 junction box maintains circuit integrity for a full 90 minutes under fire conditions. This capability makes it an essential component for safety-critical installations such as emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and evacuation routes where uninterrupted power is non-negotiable.

Overview

Engineered for demanding environments, the IMT80270 is a surface-mounted fire resistant connection box constructed from high-quality, halogen-free thermoset plastic. It features a 5-pole ceramic terminal block (L1, L2, L3, N, PE) supporting conductors up to 2.5 mm² and a rated current of 32 A at 500 V AC. The enclosure provides IP65 protection against dust and water jets, and IK08 impact resistance, ensuring long-term reliability in industrial and commercial settings.

What stands out

• 90-minute fire resistance (E90) for critical circuit integrity.
• Halogen-free and UV-resistant housing for safe, durable use.
• Seven pre-punched M25/M32 cable entries for flexible wiring.
