SCHROFF pannello frontale cieco 19" 4U RAL 7035 grigio chiaro acciaio 30118303

For rack installations where unused 4U openings compromise both appearance and airflow, this SCHROFF blank panel delivers a clean, professional closure. Unlike generic filler plates that flex or show inconsistent colour, the 30118303 is precision-formed from 1.5 mm steel and finished in RAL 7035 light grey powder coating to match standard 19-inch rack aesthetics. It mounts directly into any standard 19-inch rack or cabinet using the existing hole pattern, instantly restoring a tidy front profile while helping to guide cooling air through active equipment rather than open gaps.

Highlights

• 4U height (177.8 mm) covers a full 4-unit opening in one piece
• RAL 7035 light grey powder-coated steel blends with most rack enclosures
• 1.5 mm steel thickness resists bending and vibration
• Standard 19-inch width (482.6 mm) with mounting holes for direct installation
• RoHS compliant for environmentally conscious deployments

In daily use

Installation takes only minutes: align the panel with the rack rails and secure it using standard cage nuts and screws. Once in place, it reduces dust ingress, improves thermal management by preventing short-circuit airflow, and gives the rack a finished, intentional look. The light grey colour matches Schroff's own enclosure range and most common server cabinets, so it appears as a native component rather than an afterthought. For facilities that change equipment frequently, the panel can be removed and reinstalled without loss of finish or fit.
