SCHROFF rondella dentata per viti M6, acciaio zincato, DIN 6798, confezione da 100 (21100566)

Vibration and dynamic loads can gradually loosen bolted connections in electronic enclosures, racks, and industrial equipment, leading to potential failures and safety risks. The SCHROFF serrated locking washer for M6 screws provides a reliable solution by mechanically locking the fastener in place, preventing unintentional loosening even under continuous stress. This pack contains 100 zinc-plated steel washers conforming to DIN 6798, ensuring consistent quality and performance for your fastening needs.

Tips

For optimal locking performance, ensure the serrated side of the washer faces the surface that needs to be gripped, typically against the workpiece or nut. Do not reuse serrated washers after disassembly, as the teeth may be flattened and lose effectiveness. When installing in high-vibration environments, consider using a thread-locking compound in addition to the washer for extra security.
