How to use

Adjust the seat height and depth so your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form roughly a 90° angle. Set the backrest angle to a comfortable position and lock it if you prefer fixed support; use one of the four locking positions to vary recline. Position the armrests to support your forearms at a relaxed angle, and fine-tune the headrest height and angle for neck support. Use the castor wheels to move the chair smoothly across suitable floor surfaces.

Recommendations

For optimal ergonomic support, periodically change posture, take short breaks during prolonged use, and adjust the chair to match your desk height. Avoid using the castors on abrasive or uneven surfaces to prevent premature wear.
