The YATO Carpentry Precision Saw YATO 1111337 190mm 1600W is an electric circular saw designed for accurate cutting in woodworking tasks. Equipped with a 1600W motor and a 190 mm blade, the tool delivers consistent power for crosscuts, rip cuts and angled cuts in soft and hard wood as well as wood-based panels. The saw’s ergonomic handle and balanced housing support extended operation while the sturdy construction focuses on durability and stable performance on job sites and in workshops.

Advantages

High motor power ensures steady cutting speed under load and reduces the chance of stalling when cutting thicker sections. The 190 mm blade diameter provides a practical cutting depth for common carpentry operations. Ergonomic design and balanced weight distribution improve control and reduce user fatigue during prolonged use. Metal components in the main assembly enhance structural durability and contribute to longer tool life with regular use.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping softwood and hardwood
• Cutting plywood, MDF and chipboard
• On-site carpentry and framing work
• DIY woodworking and renovation projects

Key specifications

• Motor power: 1600 W
• Blade diameter: 190 mm
• Intended material: wood and wood-based panels
• Primary functions: crosscut, rip cut, angled/mitre cuts
• Design features: ergonomic handle, balanced housing, metal main components

How to use

Before use, install a compatible 190 mm blade rated for the required cutting task and secure the saw on a stable surface. Adjust the cutting depth and angle according to the workpiece and clamp the material to prevent movement. Connect the saw to an appropriate power supply, switch it on and allow the motor to reach full speed before beginning the cut. Guide the saw steadily along the cut line, maintaining even pressure and letting the blade do the work. After cutting, switch off the tool and wait for the blade to stop before setting the saw down or performing adjustments.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection and dust extraction where possible. Match blade type and tooth geometry to the material for cleaner cuts and longer blade life. Regularly inspect and tighten fastening elements, and perform routine maintenance such as cleaning vents and lubricating moving parts according to the manufacturer’s guidance.
