Set aspirazione polvere DeWalt DW743N per tubo da 35 mm, DE3500-XJ

The Dust extraction set DeWalt DW743N for 35 mm hose, DE3500-XJ is an accessory designed to connect compatible DeWalt tools and workstations to a 35 mm extraction hose. It provides a simple mechanical interface that allows captured dust and debris to be routed to a central extraction system or portable vacuum. The set is intended for use with the DeWalt DW743N and similar sanding or woodworking equipment where a 35 mm hose connection improves dust management and workspace cleanliness.

Advantages

This dust extraction set enables an effective connection between a DeWalt DW743N unit and a 35 mm hose, reducing airborne dust and collecting particulate at the source. The design supports easy installation and integration with existing extraction systems without requiring major modifications. By guiding dust away from the machine and operator, the set contributes to better visibility at the work surface and easier cleanup after tasks.

How to use

Confirm the dust port on the DeWalt DW743N is clear of debris and aligned with the extraction set. Slide the extraction set onto the tool’s dust outlet or attach via the adapter flange so that the connection is secure. Connect a 35 mm extraction hose to the set and ensure the hose is routed to a central extraction unit or suitable vacuum. Turn on the extraction source before starting the sanding operation to maintain continuous dust capture. Periodically check the connection for wear and clear any blockages in the hose or adapter to maintain optimal extraction performance.

Recommendations

Use the extraction set with a matching 35 mm hose and a vacuum or extraction unit that provides sufficient airflow for sanding dust. Inspect seals and connections regularly and replace damaged components to prevent leaks. For prolonged or heavy-duty sanding, combine the extraction set with a filtration unit appropriate for fine dust to protect health and equipment.
