How to use

Select the appropriate drill bit diameter for the required hole and secure it in the drill chuck. Position the brad point tip on the marked drilling spot to ensure a centred start, then drill at a steady speed suitable for the wood type. Apply consistent pressure, withdraw occasionally to clear chips if necessary, and finish the hole with a lower speed to reduce splintering at the exit.

Recommendations

For best results use in sharp, undamaged condition and match drilling speed to the timber density. Pre-drilling pilot holes or using clamps to secure workpieces improves accuracy and safety. Store the bits dry to prevent corrosion and inspect regularly for wear; replace when cutting edges become dull.
