Set dischi abrasivi Bosch EXP O780 150 mm, 55 pz.

Bosch EXP O780 150 mm sanding disc set includes 55 foil-backed hook-and-loop discs designed for a variety of surface preparation tasks. These 150 mm abrasive discs are intended for use with sanders that accept standard 150 mm hook-and-loop pads and deliver consistent sanding performance on wood, painted surfaces and light metals. The set provides a convenient supply of replacement discs for renovation, finishing and general maintenance work.

Advantages

The foil-backed construction offers steady abrasive contact and improved tear resistance, while the hook-and-loop backing ensures fast disc changes and secure attachment during operation. A selection of grit sizes in the set allows for both coarse material removal and finer finishing passes. The discs are compatible with many 150 mm sanding tools, providing flexibility for workshop and site use.

Suitable for

• Sanding raw and finished wood
• Removing old paint and varnish
• Preparing light metal surfaces for painting
• General surface smoothing during renovations
• Intermediary sanding between coats of finish

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Quantity: 55 discs per set
• Backing type: foil-backed with hook-and-loop attachment
• Intended materials: wood, paint coatings, light metals
• Typical compatibility: sanders with 150 mm hook-and-loop pads

How to use

Select a grit suitable for the task — coarser grits for material removal and finer grits for finishing. Ensure the sander is switched off and the pad is clean, then press the disc firmly onto the hook-and-loop pad until it is fully seated. Operate the sander at a steady speed and move it evenly across the surface, avoiding prolonged dwell in one spot to prevent gouging or uneven sanding. Replace discs as they wear to maintain consistent performance.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly and progress to finer grits for smooth finishing. Use light, even pressure and keep the sander moving. Replace discs when the abrasive is worn or clogged; clean the backing pad regularly to ensure secure attachment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust mask and eye protection during use.
