How to use

Place the markers at the desired intervals to define zones for in/out movement or distance targets. Use them to mark starting points, lanes or defensive/offensive positions. Adapt spacing according to the drill purpose — shorter intervals for close‑quarters footwork, wider intervals for transition and conditioning work. Incorporate the markers into repeated reps to build consistency and spatial memory.

Recommendations

Store the set in a dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve material condition. Inspect markers before each session and replace any damaged items to maintain consistent drill standards. Combine the set with cones, bands or other training aids to create comprehensive practice layouts.
