How to use

Install a gobo into the fixture’s 16 mm holder according to the luminaire manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring correct orientation and secure seating. Focus the projector or profile fixture to obtain a sharp image on the target surface and adjust zoom or lens position as required. Swap gobos during rehearsals or between scenes to change patterns; handle each gobo by its edges or holder to avoid fingerprints on glass surfaces. Allow the fixture to cool before removing gobos if the luminaire has been operating at high intensity.

Recommendations

For best results, use the appropriate lens and focus settings for the fixture and maintain a clean gobo surface. When using glass gobos, avoid touching the printed or etched area; when using metal gobos, check for deformation before installation. Verify fixture compatibility with 16 mm mounted gobos and follow safety guidelines for heat and handling during prolonged operation.
