Set guaine termorestringenti DeLOCK 20735 nero 196 pz.

The DeLOCK Heat shrink tube set (model 20735) contains 196 black polyolefin sleeves with a 2:1 shrinkage ratio, supplied in a reusable storage box. The tubes provide electrical insulation and mechanical protection for cables, wires and electrical conduits by shrinking around the component when heat is applied, reducing diameter to approximately half and improving resistance to moisture, chemicals and abrasion.

Advantages

The set offers a variety of six inner diameters, enabling flexible use for different cable sizes and repair tasks. The polyolefin material combines durability and flexibility for long-lasting protection. A compact, practical storage box keeps the tubes clean and organised and can be reused for small parts like screws or nuts.

Suitable for

• Electrical insulation and cable joint protection
• Bundling and organising wiring in workshops and homes
• Repairing and protecting wiring in industrial environments
• Moisture and abrasion protection for exposed cable sections

How to use

Slide a suitable tube over the cable or joint so that it covers the area to be insulated. Apply hot air evenly using a hot air gun or other appropriate heat source until the tube shrinks uniformly to roughly half its original diameter and forms a snug fit. Allow the tube to cool so it adheres and seals around the cable.

Recommendations

Use a regulated hot air gun at a safe distance and apply heat evenly to avoid burning the tube or damaging the conductor insulation. Choose a tube diameter that provides adequate overlap before shrinking. For electrical safety, ensure power is disconnected before applying heat. Store the tubes in the supplied box in a dry, cool place.
