Set spatole in silicone KS TOOLS FUGENFIX 7 pezzi – KS Tools 7 pz. spatole in silicone per lavori di sigillatura e fughe

The KS TOOLS FUGENFIX 7-piece silicone scraper set consists of seven shaped silicone blades designed for smoothing, shaping and removing excess sealant and caulk. Each scraper is made from flexible, non-abrasive silicone to work on delicate surfaces such as glass, tiles, enamel and painted frames without causing scratches. The set is intended to help achieve uniform joint profiles and tidy finishing in bathrooms, kitchens, glazing and window installations.

Advantages

The silicone scrapers are flexible yet dimensionally stable, allowing controlled pressure when forming seams. Their non-marking material protects polished and coated surfaces while resisting adhesion of sealant for easier cleaning. Multiple blade shapes provide options for different joint sizes and profiles, reducing the need to improvise tools. The compact set is suitable for storage in a toolbox or on a workbench and supports both professional and DIY applications.

Suitable for

• Smoothing and finishing silicone and acrylic sealant joints
• Removing excess caulk from glass, tile, and sanitary fittings
• Window frame and glazing sealant installation
• Bathroom and kitchen sealing work where non-abrasive tools are required
• DIY home improvement and professional installation tasks

Key specifications

• Set composition: 7 silicone scrapers with different edge profiles
• Material: non-abrasive, flexible silicone
• Surface compatibility: glass, ceramic tile, enamel, painted and coated profiles
• Functionality: shaping, smoothing, and removing excess sealant without scratching
• Storage: compact set suitable for toolbox or workshop storage

How to use

Select a scraper profile that matches the joint width and shape. Apply the sealant according to manufacturer instructions and, before the sealant skins over, run the appropriate silicone scraper along the joint with steady pressure to form a uniform bead. Use a consistent angle and smooth motion for even results. For removal of excess material, wipe the scraper blade frequently on a cloth or rinsing water to prevent buildup. After use, clean the scrapers with warm water and mild detergent and allow them to dry before storage.

Recommendations

For best results, use the silicone scraper set immediately after applying sealant and avoid working on contaminated or excessively wet surfaces. Match the scraper profile to the joint size and maintain steady, even pressure when smoothing; store away from direct heat to preserve silicone flexibility.
