Advantages

This keystone adapter offers a compact form factor that fits common keystone openings, allowing quick snap-in installation without special tools. The 3.5mm jack supports widely used analog audio connections and is constructed for consistent contact and long-term reliability. Its standardized size and finish enable neat panel layouts and straightforward replacement or reconfiguration when needed.

Suitable for

• Home theatre and stereo systems where a flush-mounted 3.5mm audio input or output is required
• Conference rooms and meeting spaces needing an accessible auxiliary audio connection
• AV furniture, faceplates, and rack panels in multimedia installations
• Temporary setups or demo stations that use modular keystone panels

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5mm (TRS) female jack designed for keystone mounts
• Mounting: standard keystone snap-in format for wall plates and patch panels
• Compatibility: supports common analog stereo audio signals via 3.5mm cables
• Construction: plated contacts for corrosion resistance and stable electrical contact
• Dimensions: compact keystone module size to fit standard openings

How to use

Insert the keystone module into a compatible wall plate or patch panel opening until it snaps into place. Connect a 3.5mm male cable to the jack to link source and destination devices such as smartphones, laptops, media players, amplifiers, or speakers. For in-wall or rack installations, route appropriate audio cabling to the rear termination point of the keystone module, secure cabling as required, and verify signal continuity before finalizing the installation.

Recommendations

Use shielded 3.5mm cables where possible to reduce noise in longer runs. Avoid exposing the module to moisture or excessive force when inserting or removing plugs. For permanent installations, test audio connections during setup and label wall plates or panels to indicate the audio input/output function.
