Cavo USB S/CONN 13-39485 30 m USB 3.2 Gen 1 nero

The ShiverPeaks USB cable S/CONN 13-39485 is a 30 m USB 3.2 Gen 1 cable with USB A connectors on both ends, designed for long-reach data connections. It supports data transfer rates up to 5 Gbit/s and comes in a black finish to blend with professional and home setups. The cable is intended for applications where a stable, high-speed USB A to USB A link is required over an extended distance.

Advantages

This USB cable provides full support for USB 3.2 Gen 1 transfer speeds up to 5 Gbit/s over a 30 m length, enabling longer cable runs without changing interface types. Having USB A connectors on both ends simplifies connectivity with devices and hubs that use standard USB A ports. The black jacket offers a neutral appearance that is easy to route and conceal, while the cable’s design focuses on maintaining signal integrity for data transmission across the specified length.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, hubs or peripherals that provide USB A ports over a long distance
• Temporary or semi-permanent installations where a 30 m USB A to USB A link is needed
• Environments requiring straightforward USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer without interface conversion

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB A to USB A
• USB standard: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1)
• Maximum data rate: up to 5 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 30 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one USB A connector to the host device or USB hub and the other USB A connector to the peripheral or destination device. Ensure both connected devices support the required USB standard to achieve the maximum data rate. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; secure it with cable ties or clamps where needed to prevent strain on connectors. For long runs, verify that connected devices recognise the connection and transfer at expected speeds.

Recommendations

Use this cable in setups where both ends accept USB A connectors and where a single extended USB connection is preferable to using multiple shorter cables or converters. Avoid placing the cable near strong sources of electromagnetic interference and do not exceed recommended bend radii to preserve performance over the full 30 m length.
