Siemens 3SU1000-0AB40-0AC0 attuatore elettrico IP66/IP67/IP69/IP69K nero-verde

For control panels that face harsh washdowns, high-pressure cleaning, or outdoor exposure, the Siemens 3SU1000-0AB40-0AC0 electric actuator delivers a level of sealing that typical pilot devices simply cannot match. With simultaneous protection ratings of IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K, this black and green actuator keeps moisture, dust, and even steam-jet cleaning from reaching internal contacts. The robust construction is built around the Siemens SIRIUS ACT line, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of 22 mm mounting holes and contact blocks. Whether it is installed on food processing equipment, chemical dosing systems, or heavy machinery, this actuator provides a reliable human-machine interface under extreme conditions.

Highlights

• Quadruple ingress protection: IP66, IP67, IP69, IP69K for complete confidence in wet and dusty environments
• Durable black and green colour scheme for clear visual indication and easy identification
• Designed for 22 mm panel cut-outs, matching standard industrial control layouts
• Electric actuator mechanism ensures consistent switching performance over a long service life
• Part of the Siemens SIRIUS ACT series, allowing modular combination with other actuators and contact blocks

In daily use

Operators will appreciate the tactile feedback and the vivid green actuator head, which stands out against the black bezel even in low-light conditions. The high protection ratings mean that daily washdowns with hot water or cleaning agents will not compromise the electrical integrity. Maintenance teams benefit from the modular design: the actuator can be quickly replaced or reconfigured without rewiring the entire panel. Because it meets IP69K, it is also suitable for applications where high-pressure steam cleaning is part of the routine, such as in dairies, breweries, and pharmaceutical production lines.
