Sigma BC 5.0 Wired ciclocomputer

The Sigma BC 5.0 Wired strips cycling data down to the essentials, delivering reliable speed, distance, and time metrics without the complexity of wireless pairing or smartphone apps. Unlike feature-heavy GPS units that demand daily charging, this wired computer runs for months on a single CR2032 cell and keeps your total odometer safe even during battery swaps. Its oversized 27 x 35 mm display and tool-free mounting make it a practical choice for commuters and recreational riders who want a dependable, no-fuss dashboard on the handlebar.

Highlights

• Wired sensor for stable, interference-free data transmission
• Five core functions: current speed, trip distance, total distance, ride time, and clock
• Large segment LCD with 27 x 35 mm active area for easy reading
• IPX8 waterproof rating – fully protected against continuous immersion
• Automatic start/stop and selectable km/h or mph units
• Tool-free handlebar/stem mounting with included clamp

In daily use

Mounting the BC 5.0 Wired takes only a few minutes thanks to the included clamp and cable ties. The wired sensor attaches to the fork and reads a spoke magnet, ensuring every wheel revolution is counted without dropouts. Once set up, the computer automatically starts and stops with your ride, so you never forget to record a trip. The display shows current speed in large digits, while a button press cycles through trip distance, total distance, ride time, and the clock. Predefined tire size settings let you calibrate the unit for accurate distance and speed readings across different bikes. When the CR2032 battery eventually runs low, replacing it is straightforward, and your total odometer value remains stored.
