Sistema idraulico Simagic P-HTS Add-On per P1000 Pedal S437, add-on idraulico per P1000

The Hydraulic System Simagic P-HTS Add-On for P1000 Pedal S437 is a hydraulic module created to attach to compatible Simagic P1000 pedals and provide hydraulic resistance and damping for braking input. Designed for sim racing use, the add-on increases pedal feedback fidelity and refines brake modulation by introducing controllable hydraulic characteristics to the pedal assembly. The unit integrates mechanically with the pedal housing and works alongside the existing sensor and mechanical travel of the P1000 pedal.

Advantages

The hydraulic add-on produces progressive, consistent resistance that improves the feel of braking forces compared with purely mechanical or spring-only systems. It adds controllable damping to reduce abrupt feedback and helps replicate the pressure curve and return behavior of real hydraulic brake systems. The module is compact and mounts directly to the pedal, preserving pedal travel and sensor operation while enhancing tactile feedback for finer input control.

Suitable for

• Sim racing enthusiasts seeking more realistic brake feel
• Drivers training to improve brake modulation and heel-and-toe technique
• Competitive sim racers requiring consistent pedal feedback across sessions
• Setup upgrades where hydraulic damping is desired without replacing the entire pedal set

Key specifications

• Hydraulic resistance and damping module tailored for P1000 pedal integration
• Compact mechanical mounting compatible with the P1000 pedal housing
• Progressive resistance curve to simulate real brake pressure behavior
• Preserves pedal travel and original sensor functionality
• Durable materials for consistent performance under repeated use

How to use

Install the hydraulic add-on according to the manufacturer’s mechanical mounting points on the P1000 pedal, ensuring secure attachment to the pedal frame. After fitting, verify that pedal travel and sensor readouts are not obstructed and that the hydraulic unit moves freely within its designed range. Fine-tune pedal position and any available preload or damping adjustments to match personal preference and driving style. Test the assembly in low-stress conditions before competitive use to confirm correct behavior and to make incremental adjustments to damping or pedal geometry.

Recommendations

For best results, pair the hydraulic add-on with regularly calibrated pedal sensors and check mounting fasteners periodically. Begin with conservative damping settings and increase resistance stepwise while testing braking modulation in practice sessions. Avoid exposing the hydraulic unit to impacts, prolonged moisture, or contaminants that could affect sealing or performance.
