How to use

Before use, fit a disc suited to the intended task and ensure the spindle lock is engaged for secure tightening. Always attach the side handle in the preferred position for steady handling. Secure the workpiece before switching on the tool. Start the grinder and allow it to reach full speed before applying it to the work surface, using steady, controlled movements. Avoid excessive pressure—let the disc do the work—and maintain a firm two-handed grip. After completing the task, switch off the tool and wait for the disc to stop fully before setting it down or changing accessories.

Recommendations

Use discs rated for 125 mm and appropriate for the material (cutting or grinding). Wear suitable personal protective equipment including eye protection, gloves and hearing protection. Maintain vents free from dust to prevent overheating and follow regular inspection of power cable and guard integrity. For extended cutting tasks, allow occasional cooling pauses to protect the motor and disc life.
