Do you want to use your devices even more conveniently? With the Sonoff smart switch it will be possible! The product allows you to control your connected devices using the eWeLink app or via assistants like Google Home or Amazon Alexa. To confirm safety, the device has received multiple certifications. What's more, by combining it with R5 or S-MATE hardware (available for sale separately), you can gain even more remote control of your devices.

Smart switch

The Sonoff smart switch is distinguished by its small size, which makes it more convenient to use and will fit into various mounting boxes, including the smallest one - EU/86/120. It is equipped with an ESP32 chip, which turned it into an intelligent device. With its help you can automate lighting and electronic devices, transforming your home, into a Smart Home.

High compatibility

The Sonoff Smart Switch shows great compatibility. You can easily connect it to switches such as Door Switch, Rocker Switch, Momentary Switch, SPDT Switch, and even currentless sensors. What's more, you can easily create smart scenes as the switch works with motion sensors, door and window sensors ora other home automation functions.

Easy control

You no longer have to worry about the hassle of managing a smart home. You can pair the MINI R4 equally with the R5 and S-MATE (available for sale separately), so you'll be able to control it locally, even when you can't establish an Internet connection. The eWeLink-Remote signal will make this possible. What's more, you can also control the switch by voice, thanks to compatibility with Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

Quick start

Connecting the smart switch is very easy. All you have to do is connect it with the right device and then download the eWeLink app. Now all you need to do is pair your phone and equipment with Bluetooth technology. This allows you to exercise control over your entire home even if you're at work or shopping.

Security

The Sonoff smart switch is also a guarantee of safety even in unusual situations. It has received TÜV certification, and it also meets CE and FCC standards. This gives you peace of mind that the device complies with international regulations. What's more, with its new connectors, fireproof housing and the use of high-quality materials, it is even more resistant to wear and tear and can serve you for a very long time.

How to use

Install the MINIR4 inside the wall box behind the existing switch, ensuring power is turned off before wiring. Connect the AC input and output per the wiring diagram supplied with the device, and attach the selected switch or dry contact sensor to the appropriate terminals. Power on the circuit, add the device in the eWeLink app and follow the app pairing steps. Once paired you can control lights via the app, set schedules, or use local control when paired with Sonoff remotes.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, mount the MINIR4 in a dry, ventilated electrical box and avoid direct exposure to moisture. Ensure wiring is performed by a qualified person and verify compatibility with your existing switch type. Enable “Detach Relay” in settings if you need the physical switch state to be independent from the relay state for uninterrupted app control.
