SPAX universal screws with T-STAR plus drive and countersunk MULTI head combine a 4CUT point and wave thread profile for reduced splitting and fast, secure driving in wood, chipboard, MDF, plastic, and thin metal sheets. The A2 stainless steel construction provides high corrosion resistance for outdoor applications.

Highlights

• T-STAR plus T40 drive for optimal power transmission
• Countersunk MULTI head with milling ribs for flush sinking
• 4CUT point reduces splitting without pre-drilling
• Wave thread profile for low driving torque and high holding power
• Stainless steel A2 (AISI 304) for corrosion resistance

In daily use

These 8 mm diameter, 160 mm long screws are supplied in a pack of 50 pieces. The partial thread design allows the upper part of the screw to pull the workpiece tightly together while the lower thread anchors securely. The T40 drive size requires a matching TX40 bit.
