Spazzola metallica Bosch 2 608 622 108

The Bosch 2 608 622 108 wire wheel is a tapered, crimped stainless-steel brush designed for targeted surface preparation on small or hard-to-reach areas. With a conical shape it allows access into grooves, edges and narrow zones while working at high circumferential speeds, and is suitable for use on stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals for tasks such as rust removal, paint stripping, matt sanding and removing annealing colours from welded seams.

Advantages

The conical (tapered) profile provides improved access to recessed or angled surfaces. Crimped stainless-steel wire combines flexibility with consistent cleaning action while resisting corrosion. Compact diameter and 1.4 cm shank make the brush compatible with a variety of handheld power tools and allow precise, controlled work on smaller surfaces and edges.

How to use

Fit the wire wheel onto a compatible power tool that accepts a 14 mm shank, ensuring the tool is switched off while mounting. Secure the brush according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Operate at recommended speeds and apply light to moderate pressure; allow the brush action to remove material rather than forcing it. Work with steady, controlled passes over the area and keep the brush moving to avoid gouging or overheating the workpiece.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment: eye protection, gloves and a dust mask. Inspect the brush before each use for loose wires or damage; do not use a damaged brush. Maintain recommended tool speeds and avoid excessive side pressure to prolong brush life and ensure safe operation.
