Spazzola metallica Bosch 2 608 622 121 7 cm diametro gambo 6 mm

Wire wheel Bosch 2 608 622 121 with a 7 cm diameter and 6 mm shank is designed for surface preparation and light to medium cleaning tasks on metals. The crimped-wire construction is suitable for removing annealing colour from welded seams on stainless steel and for general cleaning, deburring and surface texturing on stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

Advantages

The crimped wire design provides flexible yet effective brushing action, allowing access into grooves and along edges. Its 7 cm diameter offers a balance between reach and control, and the 6 mm shank fits common handheld rotary tools and drill chucks. The wheel is appropriate for removing rust, stripping paint layers, roughing and producing a matt finish without aggressive material removal.

How to use

Secure the wire wheel in a compatible drill or rotary tool with a 6 mm chuck. Operate at the tool speeds recommended by the tool and accessory manufacturers. Apply moderate, even pressure and work along the area to be treated, moving the wheel to avoid excessive wear in a single spot. For welded seams, follow the seam length and adjust angle to effectively remove annealing colour. Allow the wheel to do the work rather than forcing it to prevent wire deformation or substrate damage.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, gloves and a dust mask. Test on a concealed area before full use to confirm the finish. Do not use on hardened steel surfaces or where aggressive material removal is required. Replace the wheel if wires are excessively worn or damaged.
