Spirale di infilaggio cimco EFLEX 140044 spirale portacavi, lunghezza 15 m

cimco Einzieh-Spiralen EFLEX 140044 cable spiral, 15 m length is a flexible pull-in spiral designed to assist electricians and installers when routing cables through conduits, ducts and confined spaces. The 15 metre length provides extended reach for residential and commercial wiring runs, while the spiral construction reduces snagging and friction to make wire pulling smoother. This tool is intended for guiding single conductors, small cable bundles and data or power lines during installation and renovation tasks.

Advantages

The spiral shape ensures flexible navigation through bends and tight sections without kinking, and the smooth outer surface decreases resistance against conduit walls. Its 15 m length allows for longer pulls from access points, reducing the need for additional joints. The product is lightweight and compact for convenient transport and temporary storage on job sites.

Suitable for

• Pulling single wires and small cable bundles through conduit and tubing
• Electrical installations in residential and light-commercial buildings
• Rewiring and renovation projects requiring access through ceilings, walls or floor voids
• Routing data and low-voltage power lines in confined spaces

Key specifications

• Functional type: pull-in spiral for cable routing
• Length: 15 metres
• Construction: flexible spiral profile designed to reduce friction and tangling
• Compatibility: suitable for single conductors, small cable bundles, data and power lines within typical conduit diameters
• Weight: lightweight design for easy handling

How to use

Feed the cimco Einzieh-Spiralen EFLEX cable spiral into the conduit or access opening and advance it through bends and runs until the end emerges at the target location. Attach the cable or bundle to the leading end following the manufacturer’s recommended method for secure fastening, then pull the spiral back carefully to draw the conductors through the conduit. Monitor for snags and stop if excessive resistance is felt, then reposition or re-feed as needed. After use, coil the spiral carefully to avoid permanent deformation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow local electrical installation regulations. Avoid exceeding conduit fill limits and do not use the spiral to pull very large or heavy cable bundles beyond its recommended capacity. Inspect the spiral before each use for damage or wear and replace if any deformation or cracks are present.
