Replace paper rolls as needed by opening the compartment and inserting a new roll, ensuring the paper feeds cleanly through the cutter or exit slot.

Recommendations

Store spare thermal paper rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain print quality. Use the printer in environments within the manufacturer-recommended temperature and humidity ranges to avoid paper darkening or feed issues. For prolonged operation, allow brief cooling intervals if the device becomes warm, and keep the paper path free of dust and debris for reliable printing.
