STANLEY Lame di ricambio per pialla per RB10 e RB5, taglio dritto, confezione da 10, acciaio SK5, larghezza 44 mm

Dull plane blades turn fine woodworking into a chore, leaving tear-out and rough surfaces. Restore your Silverline RB10 or RB5 hand plane to peak performance with this pack of 10 precision-ground straight blades from STANLEY. Crafted from SK5 high-carbon steel, each blade holds a keen edge longer than standard steel, so you can plane longer between sharpenings. The straight cutting edge is ideal for general smoothing, jointing, and levelling tasks on softwoods and hardwoods alike. With a width of 44 mm and a cutting edge length of 18 mm, these blades fit perfectly into the RB10 and RB5 plane bodies. Installation takes seconds—simply loosen the cap iron, swap the worn blade, and retighten. Keep a full pack on hand to avoid interruptions during large projects or production work. Whether you are a professional carpenter, cabinetmaker, or serious hobbyist, these replacement blades deliver consistent, clean cuts and reduce downtime.

Tips

For best results, hone the blade lightly before first use to remove any micro-burrs from manufacturing. When the edge dulls, sharpen with a fine-grit waterstone or diamond plate, maintaining the original 25° bevel angle. Store unused blades in their blister pack with a light coat of oil to prevent corrosion.
