Staub portacoperchi 40511-364-0 – portacoperchi Staub compatibile con diverse pentole Staub

Staub Lid Stand is a practical accessory designed to hold hot lids from Staub cookware while you cook. It creates a stable resting place for lids of various sizes, helping to protect countertops from heat and food drips and keeping the cooking area organised. The product is compatible with a range of Staub pots and pans used for stewing, braising and simmering.

Advantages

The lid stand provides a stable, heat-resistant surface that prevents direct contact between a hot lid and the worktop, reducing the risk of marks and stains. Its compact footprint allows it to be positioned near the stove for convenient lid handling, and the design supports lids at an angle that limits steam condensation on the countertop. The stand is easy to clean and store when not in use.

Suitable for

• Holding lids from Staub cocottes, Dutch ovens and skillets while cooking
• Temporarily resting hot lids during stirring or serving
• Keeping countertops clean when preparing stews, braises and simmered dishes
• Organising kitchen workspace in home and small professional kitchens

Key specifications

• Compatibility: designed for use with Staub cookware lids of various diameters
• Material: heat-resistant construction suitable for contact with hot cookware lids
• Size and footprint: compact design for near-stove placement and storage
• Finish: durable surface that is easy to wipe clean

How to use

Place the lid stand on a stable, heat-resistant area close to the cooking surface. When removing a hot lid from a Staub pot or pan, set the lid on the stand so the inner side faces upward or at a slight angle to allow steam to dissipate without pooling. After use, allow the stand to cool if it has come into contact with steam or splashes, then clean it according to the material care instructions and store it in a convenient location.

Recommendations

Position the lid stand on a flat, heat-resistant surface and avoid placing it on delicate countertops without protective underlay. Wipe away any food residue after each use to prevent staining and ensure long service life. Use the stand together with appropriate oven mitts or pot holders when handling very hot lids.
