How to use

Install the Fanvil W710D near a network connection or PoE-enabled switch to provide both power and data over a single cable. Register the base station with your SIP server or hosted PBX using the web configuration interface or provisioning method supported by your system. Pair compatible DECT handsets to the base station according to handset instructions to enable call handling across assigned SIP accounts. Position the base station centrally to maximize coverage and add additional bases or repeaters if required to extend reach in complex indoor layouts.

Recommendations

For optimal wireless coverage, place the base station away from large metal objects and dense concrete partitions. Use PoE where available to avoid additional power cabling, and verify SIP account settings with your IP PBX provider to ensure reliable registration. When deploying in multi-floor or high-interference environments, consider additional base stations or DECT repeaters to maintain consistent call quality and range.
