Striscia LED EUROLITE 50530553 5m 5050 RGB 12V

EUROLITE 50530553 is a 5-metre RGB LED strip fitted with 5050 SMD LEDs designed for low-voltage decorative and accent lighting. The tape runs on 12 V DC and delivers full-colour illumination across its length, enabling continuous multicolour effects for task-adjacent accents, shelving, coves and event decoration. The flexible construction permits installation on a variety of surfaces where linear, evenly distributed light is required.

Advantages

The LED strip offers RGB colour mixing with 5050 chips that produce bright, saturated colours and smooth transitions when paired with a compatible controller. A 5 m length provides extended coverage without multiple joins, and the 12 V operating voltage is compatible with common LED drivers and power supplies. The flexible tape form factor supports curved and straight installations, while standardized cut points allow length customization to fit specific layouts.

How to use

Connect the LED strip to a compatible 12 V DC power supply and an appropriate RGB controller to enable colour selection and effects. Install the tape on a clean, dry mounting surface, adhering or fastening according to the strip's backing and mounting method. If required, cut the strip only at designated cut points to shorten it, and use suitable connectors or soldering to maintain correct polarity and secure electrical connections. Observe manufacturer guidance for maximum run length per power feed and ensure adequate cooling in enclosed installations.

Recommendations

For consistent colour and brightness, use a controller and power supply sized to the strip's total power consumption and avoid exceeding recommended continuous run lengths. When installing in visible or high-humidity locations, consider protective channels or diffusers and ensure electrical connections are insulated and strain-relieved.
