Philips Hue 00232121 is a universal LED strip light designed to provide flexible ambience lighting over long runs. The 10,000 mm roll produces multi‑colour and neutral white light with a combined luminous flux of 1,700 lm. Supplied as a single 10 m strip with an attached 0.5 m cable, this Philips Hue Ambience strip is intended for mood and accent lighting in living rooms, home cinemas, kitchens and installation behind furniture or displays.

Advantages

The strip supports both multi‑colour and neutral white output, allowing smooth colour transitions and adjustable white tones to match different lighting scenarios. Its long 10,000 mm length enables continuous installations without visible gaps, while the integrated LED technology delivers consistent brightness and colour reproduction across the entire roll. The included 0.5 m cable simplifies connection to compatible controllers or power supplies. Designed for ambience lighting, the product balances luminous output and energy efficiency for extended use.

How to use

Measure and prepare the installation surface ensuring it is dry, clean and free from dust or grease. Unroll the strip and fix it according to the product's mounting instructions, typically using the adhesive backing or recommended clips and channels for secure attachment. Connect the 0.5 m cable to a compatible Philips Hue controller or approved power supply and configure colour and white settings via the Hue app or supported control system. Avoid sharp bending and maintain the minimum bending radius specified by Philips to prevent damage to the LEDs and circuitry.

Recommendations

For even illumination, install the strip at a consistent distance from reflective surfaces and use diffusers or aluminium channels where possible. When planning runs longer than a single roll, follow manufacturer guidance for power injection or segmentation to maintain brightness and colour consistency. Use compatible Hue controllers and firmware updates to access full colour control, scenes and scheduling features.
