The PLANET IGS-614HPT is an unmanaged DIN-rail Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ switch designed for industrial and transportation environments. How to use

Mount the IGS-614HPT on a DIN rail or fix it to a wall enclosure in a location within the specified temperature range. Connect DC power to the dual power input terminals, observing polarity; the device supports reversible polarity and redundant inputs. Insert an appropriate SFP module if a fiber uplink is needed, or use the RJ45 uplink port. Plug PoE-capable devices into the four PoE+ RJ45 ports; the switch will auto-negotiate and supply PoE power up to the available budget. Monitor the four orange PoE Power Usage LEDs on the front panel to check cumulative PoE consumption.

Recommendations

Use appropriate SFP transceivers that match the required distance and fiber type (multi-mode or single-mode).
