The TABLEAU T356789iu Forensic Write Blocker Bridge Kit stands apart from typical forensic bridges by combining hardware-based write protection with an extensive cable set, ensuring immediate compatibility with a wide range of storage devices. This kit is engineered for forensic professionals who demand uncompromising data integrity during acquisition.

Highlights

• Hardware-based write blocking prevents any modification to source drives during forensic imaging.
• Supports SATA, IDE, SAS, USB 3.0, FireWire 800/400, and PCIe (via adapter) interfaces.
• High-speed data transfer up to 20 GB/min via USB 3.0 host connection.
• Selectable write-block (read-only) and read/write modes for flexible workflow.
• Durable aluminum enclosure with tamper-evident design for field use.
• Includes all necessary cables: SATA, IDE, USB 3.0, FireWire 800, and power supply.

In daily use

Forensic examiners can connect suspect drives directly to the bridge and acquire data at maximum speed without risk of alteration. The LED indicators provide clear status of power, host connection, device activity, and write protection. The bridge is hot-swappable on the device side, allowing rapid switching between evidence drives. Firmware is field-upgradable via Tableau Firmware Update (TFU), ensuring compatibility with evolving drive technologies.
