Tagliere Joseph Joseph Folio M 60186 Graphite – design pieghevole compatto, misura media

The joseph joseph Folio M 60186 Graphite is a medium-size cutting board with a compact folding design that helps save counter space and makes transferring chopped ingredients to pans or bowls easier. Constructed from durable, food-safe materials, the board provides a stable, flat surface for daily slicing, dicing and chopping tasks while folding flat for tidy storage. Its textured work area helps prevent slipping during use, and the fold-out spout guides ingredients when pouring.

Advantages

The Folio M combines a full-size working surface with a collapsible profile, allowing efficient meal preparation in limited kitchens. The folding mechanism reduces storage footprint and simplifies transfer of chopped food without needing a separate funnel or scraper. The non-slip feet and textured cutting face improve stability on countertops, and the graphite finish resists visible staining and integrates with contemporary kitchen decor.

Suitable for

• Everyday chopping, slicing and dicing of fruits, vegetables, meat and bread
• Small kitchens or limited counter and storage space
• Meal prep where quick transfer of ingredients to pots, pans or bowls is needed
• Easy-clean kitchen setups that prioritize compact storage

Key specifications

• Size category: medium — provides a balanced work area while remaining compact when folded
• Design: foldable/compact with a pour spout for guided transfer
• Material: durable, food-contact safe synthetic board material with textured cutting surface
• Stability features: non-slip feet and textured face to reduce movement while cutting
• Cleaning: suitable for hand washing; quick-dry design for convenient storage

How to use

Place the Folio M on a dry, flat countertop with the non-slip feet contacting the surface. Use the textured side for chopping to minimize sliding. After cutting, fold the board by lifting the hinged edge to create the pour spout and guide ingredients into your pan or bowl. Unfold the board for flat storage or collapse it to save space. Rinse and wash after use, then dry thoroughly before folding and storing to preserve the board’s shape and cleanliness.

Recommendations

For longevity, avoid exposing the board to very high heat or prolonged soaking. Use separate boards or cut-resistant surfaces for sustained heavy-duty use with hard materials, and trim deep grooves in the board where food particles may collect. Store folded in a dry place to maintain the hinge action and non-slip properties.
