Key specifications

• Overall length: 170 mm
• Tool type: compact utility knife
• Weight: lightweight handheld design
• Handle: slim profile for fingertip control
• Blade compatibility: standard utility blades (replaceable)
• Pack contents: one utility knife

How to use

Hold the Stanley utility knife in a comfortable grip with your index finger along the handle for controlled guidance. Extend or retract the blade according to the cutting depth required and position the blade edge against the material at a shallow angle for precise, controlled cuts. Apply steady, even pressure and make several light passes rather than forcing a single deep cut when working with thicker materials. Retract the blade and secure any locking mechanism before storing the tool.

Recommendations

Use appropriate replacement blades for the intended material and change dull blades promptly to maintain safety and cutting quality. Keep fingers away from the blade path, wear cut-resistant gloves when needed, and store the knife with the blade retracted. For heavier or continuous cutting tasks choose a purpose-built heavy-duty cutter.
