Taglierino wolfcraft GmbH 4097000 lama fissa 30,5 cm

The Wolfcraft utility knife with a 305 mm stainless steel fixed blade is designed for cutting thick insulating materials with precision. The robust blade geometry is optimised for insulation work and enables long, pulling cuts through foam, polystyrene, fibre insulating materials and similar substrates. An ergonomically shaped plastic handle provides a secure grip and the tapered blade tip allows easier insertion with low resistance.

Advantages

The 305 mm stainless steel blade provides reach and stability for cutting large or thick insulation panels. The blade geometry is tailored to insulating materials to deliver precise, guided cuts. The ergonomically shaped plastic handle improves handling during extended tasks and the tapered tip reduces effort when starting a cut.

Suitable for

• Cutting foam insulation boards
• Shaping polystyrene panels
• Trim and cut fibre insulation materials
• DIY and professional insulation installation tasks

Key specifications

• Brand: Wolfcraft
• Model / MPN: 4097000
• EAN: 4006885409705
• Blade length: 305 mm (fixed stainless steel blade)
• Handle: ergonomically shaped plastic

How to use

Hold the knife by the ergonomic handle and position the tapered blade tip at the start of the cut. Use long, steady pulling strokes along the insulating material to achieve straight, precise cuts; multiple passes may be required for very thick panels. Apply even pressure and maintain a stable angle to avoid blade deviation. Store the knife safely after use.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment (gloves and eye protection) when cutting insulating materials. For best results, secure the workpiece and make controlled long cuts rather than short sawing motions. Replace the tool if the blade becomes damaged or excessively worn.
