Tamburo per Develop DR-316 — tamburo di imaging sostitutivo AAV71RH, nero

Replacement drum compatible with Develop DR-316 series, model AAV71RH in black. This imaging drum is designed to perform the photoconductor function in copying and printing devices that use the DR-316 family, providing the surface that receives and transfers toner to paper. The component is intended for routine maintenance or as a service part to restore image quality and maintain consistent print results.

Advantages

The drum restores correct image transfer and helps maintain consistent print density across pages. Using a dedicated replacement drum for the DR-316 series reduces the likelihood of streaks, ghosting, and uneven toning that occur with worn photoconductor surfaces. Installation of the replacement unit supports predictable maintenance intervals and can extend the effective service life of the device by ensuring the imaging subsystem performs as designed.

Suitable for

• Periodic replacement during routine maintenance of printers or copiers that use the Develop DR-316 family
• Restoring sharp text and graphic output after visible degradation of prints
• Service and repair operations where the imaging drum is identified as the worn component

Key specifications

• Product type: replacement imaging drum (photoconductor)
• Color: black (photoconductor surface designed for black toner transfer)
• Compatibility: designed for devices that accept DR-316 series drums
• Function: receives electrostatic latent image and transfers toner to paper via the developer unit

How to use

Power off the device and follow the manufacturer's service instructions for accessing the drum compartment. Remove the old drum unit carefully to avoid toner contamination, and dispose of it according to local regulations or recycling programs. Unpack the replacement drum, remove any protective covers or seals, and install it in the correct orientation until it clicks or seats according to the device guidance. After installation, run a printer/copy device cleaning or calibration cycle if available to ensure proper alignment and consistent print density.

Recommendations

Replace the drum when print defects such as streaks, ghosting, diminished contrast, or irregular toning appear, or as specified in the device maintenance schedule. Store unused drums in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Handle the drum by its edges and avoid touching the photoconductor surface to prevent damage or contamination. Use with the recommended toner and follow the printer manufacturer's instructions for best results.
